Finishing up

Here are the last of my photos from our Kenya adventure.  Picnic dinner on top of the bluff watching the sunset, al fresco breakfast on the Masaii Mara, and a few stray animals that I missed the first time.  Truly a wonderful adventure.

Our guide called this distinguished gentleman the “Retired General.” That’s him smiling.

Elephants are the only beasts big enough to brave the Nile Crocs for water.

Our guide almost broke his neck getting us to the top of the hill for this shot, but we made it. He waited until after I got it to tell me I was walking through black mamba territory.

Thank you, Christy!  He assured me later that they don’t come out too often at night.  That made me feel a little bit better…ReplyCancel
