Friday Favorite – homework

My Dad and my Hubby gave me an online photography class for Christmas this year.  (That is one hard class to get into!  It fills up within hours of being opened EVERY time.  I’ve been trying to get in for four sessions!)  My four-year-old really enjoys the fact that I have homework, too, as we go through his preschool projects together.  He is suddenly a very willing model as I try to figure out all of these new tricks.  “You help me with my school, and now I will help you with yours!”  I don’t have anything super amazing yet – I’m just working on exercises.  But I loved these shots, captured while I was working on exposure.

I love how she has blue ink all over her hand, and a gash on her nose.  Not great portrait stuff, but this is my little girl in real life.

Little guy has decided the choke hold on his big brother is his current favorite “pose” for pictures.

I love both of those, but you are right, the one of your girlie is so perfectly real. I love it.ReplyCancel
